If you or your child are new to MPFC and have your first appointment scheduled.
If you are an established MPFC patient and have not previously set up a portal account.
If you are an established MPFC patient and have not set up a portal account on our new electronic medical record platform which was adopted October 1, 2019.

Access records from our old electronic record site. This includes records from prior to October 1, 2019.

Through the portal you may:

Ask clinical questions of your doctor or practitioner
Request and confirm appointments
Update account and personal information
View a history of your previous visits
Review lab and imaging results
Pay your bill
