Working with the Administrator and the Leadership Team, the Executive Assistant/Special Project Manager will provide administrative support in helping Medical Park achieve operational and strategic goals and priorities. Our vision is to make a positive difference in the life of every patient. Our administrative team facilitates this ensuring there are effective and efficient processes to allow all staff and providers deliver high quality care and excellent service. We are seeing an individual with an eye for process improvement and enjoys balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills.
- Use of project management software and / or AI tools preferred
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Administrative Support – document creation, storage and archival, scheduling meetings, project tracking, developing meeting agendas and meeting notes
- Process Improvement Projects – discuss with key stakeholders, analyze and facilitating process change, tracking and reporting on result
- Project Management – for projects not directly involved in, facilitate tracking and timely completion of tasks and achievement of goals
