Medical Park Family Care is seeking an individual with an eye for process improvement and enjoys balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Our vision is to make a positive difference in the life of every patient and in working with the Administrator and Leadership team, this position will provide administrative support to help ensure we have effective and efficient processes allowing all staff and providers to deliver high quality care and excellent patient experience.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills.
- Process improvement experience and use of AI tools preferred
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Process Improvement – discuss issues with key stakeholders, analyze and design more effective and efficient processes
- Administrative Support – facilitate meeting schedules, policy and procedure creation, project tracking
- Other duties as assigned
