Insurance

We accept and are preferred providers with many medical insurance plans (Premera, Aetna, Cigna, Meritain, Multiplan, United, PHCS, Beech Street, First Choice, Moda). 

Established patients who become eligible for Alaska Medicaid can continue to be seen.  

Established patients will continue to be seen when they become Medicare eligible and sign up for Part B so long as they have been established patients for at least 5 years (60-months) prior to their eligibility date. 

We do not accept new patients with Denali Kid Care, Alaska Medicaid or Medicare or Tricare.  A new patient is anyone who has never been seen at Medical Park or it has been 3 yrs (36-months) or more since their last appointment at Medical Park.

If you are a Medicare patient looking to establish care with a clinic we recommend Anchorage Neighborhood Health or the Providence Family Medicine Clinic.
